    After updating to 3.7.1, sub menus are no longer working on mouse over. Please advise.

    Hi sherrymccann,

    It’s your jQuery Updater plugin which is causing that, please disable it.

    Can you please try re-updating the theme via FTP and overwrite all files – kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/?

    Completed. Sub menus are now showing at the parent level but once on a submenu page, they no longer show.

    Please advise.

    Only half of the problem is gone. Can you help me to understand why the submenus are still not showing when on a sub-parent page? Thanks in advance.

    Hi,

    Your drop downs are displaying on both top level and sub level pages on my end using Chrome. Please try clearing your browser cache again or try a different browser and/or machine. To be safe I would clear the cache from your caching plugin and leave it off until you are sure the problem is gone as well.
