The tax is included in the calculation when I added a product with the coupon. Screenshot: http://imgur.com/a/xULV5
And you also set the WooCommerce > Settings > Tax > Prices Entered With Tax to “Yes, I will enter prices inclusive of tax”.

The result is still wrong, if you take 10% of 2299,95, the discount should be 229,95.
If you look at the screenshot you sent:

The right price should be 2069,96.
The price is right if you update the amount of product to two, then back to 1 product in the cart. This works if you use the “update basket”.
