    Hello everyone,

    When i was on Enfold version 3.6 i updated my Woocommerce to version 2.6 (which was not fully compatible with Enfold 3.6).
    I then noticed a few minor things not working with my webshop, so i decided to downgrade Woocommerce back to version 2.5 again by downloading this version from the Woocommerce website and uploading it in my plugins folder.

    After i done this the ‘My account’ ‘Cart’ and ‘Checkout’ pages stopped working. You can’t see the content of these pages.
    I’ve installed Enfold version 3.6 now together with the newest version of Woocommerce, but still no luck.

    Can someone please take a look?
    I’ve added all the info for the moderators below.

    Hi ramondrent,

    First off a new version of the theme was released during the weekend (3.7.1), could you try updating to see if that helps please?

    Thanks for the response.
    My fault, i made a typo. I’m currently on Enfold 3.7 instead of 3.6.
    Unfortunately my Woocommerce is still not working.
    Strange that my products are displayed properly but the other Woocommerce pages are not.

    I’m only able to download Enfold 3.7 btw, and not 3.7.1.

    Hi,

    Please try this plugin to clear WordPress transients if you do not receive auto updates and make sure your API key is correct: https://wordpress.org/plugins/artiss-transient-cleaner/.

    If it does not help, I am afraid you might need to update the theme manually – http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/

    Unfortunately not all Server environments are able to make use of the auto update feature provided by ThemeForest :/

    It’s not the updates that are the problem. I’m on the newest version of Enfold and Woocommerce.
    I think my installation is broken.

    Hi,

    There might be some corrupted files, so please delete all theme files completely via FTP, before installing a fresh copy from your themeforest account. Here is a short tutorial on how to install the theme via FTP, in case you are not sure how that works:
