Jump tags but for a blog post with a sidebar

Hello,

I see how to make links jump down the page by using the submenu. That works great. However, anyplace I add in the “a name” part of the code results in the jump not working right. The user is not taken to the right part of the page.

I’ve seen that you say you can put it in the color section, but this is for a blog post with a sidebar. Is there anyway to make this work?
