When you enter that page and choose and klick “Graphic Recording” in the Menu it does not move to the right anchor point. After it is loaded once it works correct. But what is the issue with not finding the Graphic Recording section with the Masonry Gallery at first?
Thx & Regards

Please go to Appearance > Menus and change your menu item link to only #graphicrecording

YigitAugust 3, 2016 at 4:48 pm #668158Hey Digit,
the menu item link IS already set to #graphicrecording.
As I said it works if the Thumbnails of the Maisonry Gallery have been loaded once.
Thx & Regards

I sent you the needed Informations. THX!
August 3, 2016 at 7:31 pm #668228Hi,
I checked the page for the issue. The page has many empty sections and I am suspecting one of these sections have a duplicated ID or an open tag in the content due to which the page does not scroll to the correct section. I created a test page and it works perfectly fine please check the private content for the link.
Please recreate the page without duplicating the #ID and also for one page menu in Appearance > Menu please add only #ID as the link instead of http://www.domain.com/#ID
Let us know if you have any questions.

VinayAugust 4, 2016 at 6:36 am #668403Hello,
okay thanks a lot for the advice. I cleaned that page and everything but it still behaves like that when you first load the page. After that first loading it all works fine and it moves to the correct anchor point. So maybe it has something to do with the loading time of the images of the gallery or something?
Your example works fine indeed but it does not feature that gallery.
THX
August 4, 2016 at 6:44 am #668405Somehow it has to do with the height of the Gallery and the number of images. When I add more images to that one Gallery it works better. It does not find the beginning of that anchor point but navigates to somewhere in the middle.
August 4, 2016 at 1:10 pm #668554Hello, somehow the gallery are no longer in full screen mode. Why did you change that and where?? Thx.
August 9, 2016 at 4:59 am #670147Hi,
We moved the masonry galleries outside the color sections so that they will go full width. The anchor is now working correctly as well.

IsmaelAugust 15, 2016 at 6:11 pm #672826Hi Ismael,
No, the anchor is still not working correct. It only works correct if the second gallery has fully loaded. But if you visit the site first time it still does not work.
And I figured out why also: There is a .gif graphic on top of the site. If I delete it the anchors work all correctly. So it has to do with that .gif
Do you have any idea if it is too large or anything? Do I have to replace it or is there any workaround? Thanks for the support!

August 19, 2016 at 2:17 am #674436Hi,
On the homepage some html tags are not closed properly that’s the reason the anchor position jumps. I recreated the homepage in test page with 2 masonry galleries and other sections everything works perfectly fine.
Please re-create the homepage or edit the test page to give it the finishing look :)

VinayAugust 19, 2016 at 3:30 pm #674788Hello Vinay,
your test page also does not work- It does not find the correct anchor point on the “about” section.
As I wrote above it seems to have problems when that .gif is loaded.
If the .gif is deleted it works properly. So it seems it does not to have to do with HTML tags.

Olaf
August 23, 2016 at 8:13 am #676239Hi,
The ID should be used only once on a page.
I have re-structured the page and it works great! please review the test page and let us know if you have any questions :)
Best regards,
