    Hi,
    I’m having trouble with my website. After the installation, the theme worked fine and I did some minor CSS modifications but nothing else. A few months later (or a year maybe?) the theme kind of crashed and you couldnt see anything but black text on a white background. I got some help restoring the webpage and everything worked again. However, a few days ago it happened again. WordPress works still and runs in the background. You can login to wp-admin and edit stuff but the theme doesnt show. Why is this happening? Can I do something about it? Thank you

    Please try de-activating all active plugins and check if that helps.

    Hi!
    Thank you for the reply! All plugins are deactivated but the problem is still there. Any other suggestions? :)

    Hi,

    Are you using the latest version of the theme? Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.

    Login credentials include:

    • The URL to the login screen.
    • A valid username (with full administration capabilities).
    • As well as a password for that username.
    • permission to deactivate plugins if necessary.

    Hi,

    Could you please try to overwrite the theme files with a fresh copy from your Themeforest account via FTP to see if that helps? http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/
