Hello there,
I’m working on a website for a client, creating an animated slider for her front page. However, I do not want this slider to be visible on mobile devices. In the LayerSlider WP plugin, under Slider Settings, I have chosen not to display the slider on mobile.
Unfortunately when I view the site on my mobile phone the slider is still visible.
I’ve cleared my caching and website data on my phone. But I still have the same issues when I view the site on mobile.

I’ve also found that when I reload the page sometimes the slider increases in size as if it’s no longer responsive to smaller screen sizes.
How do I hide the slider on mobile devices?

Hey cerpnjakjohn,
Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.
Login credentials include:
- The URL to the login screen.
- A valid username (with full administration capabilities).
- As well as a password for that username.
- permission to deactivate plugins if necessary.
