Oops! Something went wrong.
This page didn’t load Google Maps correctly. See the JavaScript console for technical details.Secondly, in contact us page, when I specify my address, after clicking get longitude values, I am unable to get values to my exact location.
Pls help.

YigitAugust 10, 2016 at 12:54 pm #670818Hallo,
The same happens to me.
I followed the instructions on http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-register-a-google-maps-api-key/I add the API key to the enfold settings. But the map is not working after updating the theme to V3.7.1.

Thanks, Enrico
August 10, 2016 at 1:09 pm #670821Hello everybody
I did the same – following the instructions – and add the API key to the enfold settings (Theme vs 3.7.1). But the maps is only showing up for 2 seconds, then the message “Oops something went wrong…. ” will be displayed.
Thanks for any updates in this matter,
regards,
SueAugust 10, 2016 at 1:26 pm #670829Hello everybody
I found the solution for this error in another post
all you have to do is (in the Google API console) instead of *.example.com/* –> just enter http://yourdomain.com/* and then it works fine. :-)regards
SueAugust 10, 2016 at 1:53 pm #670836That works Sue, thanks :)
August 10, 2016 at 2:35 pm #670841Hi!

YigitAugust 10, 2016 at 3:05 pm #670853Hi,
I followed the instructions and added the generated API key (under “Google Services” in version 3.7.1).
But the maps is only showing up for 1 second, then the message “Oops something went wrong…. ” is displayed.I did try the workaround mentioned by SUE and added the domain URL, but with no effect for an hour now.
I know there is another fix to this issue mentioned by MENSMAXIMUS in reply #656457 … https://kriesi.at/support/topic/google-maps-7/
And that fixed this problem for my previous client. But still awaiting the fix directly from an ENFOLD update …. :-)

August 13, 2016 at 6:34 am #672194Hi,
Please remove all “hotfix” that we provided in the previous threads, update the theme to the latest version and then follow the instructions in the following link. http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-register-a-google-maps-api-key/
Regarding the widget error, please create a new thread. Thank you.
Best regards,
