Hi have a child theme of Enfold, only has the basic files in it basically just functions.php and woo commerce folder

I upgraded to Version: 3.6.1. word press version 4.5.3

and now all my icons are missing.

I have tried everything, re-installing the theme via FTP, cleared my cache, tried different browsers, you name it, no go

Please help urgently as this site is live

If you see my comment above I already tried this suggestion :) without any luck. I tried it again just for you but unfortunately no change.

uploaded the edited .htaccess and cleared cache too. stipp no icons

Hey!

Can you please try de-activating all active plugins and check if that helps? If not, please try re-updating the theme via FTP – http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/

I have the same issue – after updating the Enfold theme to 3.7.1 (all my icons are missing)

Hi!

Please try a hard refresh ( Ctrl + F5 ) after clearing all the history, which would help you see the icons after.
Please do let us know if that works out for you.

Same issue here.
This did not work: http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/enable-cors/
Disabling all plugins did not work.
Reinstalling enfold did not work.

I am having a similar problem. Also when I work with icons list, after update the page everything disappear… I have to finish this proyect ASP and I dont know what is going on… :(

We checked the OP’s site and the icons are displaying properly. For everyone else who is having the same issue, please create a new thread with the url to the site plus the login credentials. We’ll check the issue there.
