OK,
Getting slightly annoyed on a sunny Sunday ;-)
Running the latest Woocommerce (2.6.2), WordPress (4.5.3) and Enfold (3.6.1).
And I have implemented the mensmaximus patch to fix the AJAX cart issue, where the -/+ buttons don’t update the cart.
With the iDeal plugin installed and configured, the payment goes belly-up when going into the final iDeal steps:
ideal SyntaxError: Unexpected token < in JSON at position 0
I have done a bit of searching, and this seems to be something after WC v2.4. But as it is linked with AJAX, I’m wondering if this isn’t somehow linked to the cart/AJAX issues as well?
Right now, I have a angry customer, and no clue where to start looking.
Any help is appreciated on this, as this needs to fixed asap….. :-\

Hi Rob,
Could you post a link to the site in question so that we can take a closer look? Admin login details might be useful as well.
Best regards,
Rikard
Hi Rikard,
After a long chat this morning with the plugin developer, we found the problem inside the plugin’s database connection configuration. There was a small error, so the plugin couldn’t properly connect to the iDEAL payment environment. Thus spitting out a connection error.
As this is something that is partly set outside the regular Woocommerce environment, it’s a bit harder to bugcheck at first.
As always, in the end everything makes sense ;-)
So please see this as solved, and sorry for the noise….. :-\
p.s. still hoping on a new Enfold release to fix the cart issue soon, as I don’t feel comfortable running the shop on a temporary cart fix ;-)
Hi,
Glad the plugin issue is resolved for you, an Enfold update is scheduled soon. Let us know if you have any question in a new ticket.
Thank you for using Enfold :)
Best regards,
Vinay
