    Hello,

    Is it possible to make enfold template to make more mobile friendly. Many of our customers are telling that to surf in our web on PC and Mob. is completely different experience.

    Title texts are not fully visible, content is in long collums down near pictures, its really not nice. Is there any settings to make enfold automatically adopt to the mobile screen?

    Hi,

    we need to take a closer look at the setting in the wordpress backend please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.

    Login credentials include:

    • The URL to the login screen.
    • A valid username (with full administration capabilities).
    • As well as a password for that username.
    • permission to deactivate plugins if necessary.

    I can’t see any login details anywhere in the thread. Please post the details in the box where it says Private Content (link to your website, login credentials, FTP credentials, etc – only visible for moderators)

    Hi,

    Looks like you’re using a very old version of the theme, 3.4.7. Please upgrade to 3.7.1 then provide a link or screenshots of the “unresponsive” elements.

    Hello,

    I have created folder in our FTP – ENFOLD_mobile screens.

    FTP credentials in Private content.

    Main thing is that our web site doesnt adjust to mobile screen and all texts in menus, tables, usual texts, content elements, are set out on display static and doesnt look like on normal PC displays. Im pretty sure it should be simple solution pr plugin to solve it.

    I think someone from your team has done it. It wasnt so fine before. Now its good, we still cant see side menus, but we can forget it comparing to what we have had previously.

    Partly. One issue left – on a mobile there is no possibility to see side menus. Is it usual to enfold theme?

    Dear support team

    I have a similar issue with the enfold theme that not working properly on the mobile version. The logo can only show 1/3 of its initial image on the home page of mobile site.

    It would be a great help if anyone might help us pls.

    Can you please check the other pages except for the home page on the desktop, the logo is only showing 1/3?

    Also, if I am using my iPhone, it is okay with the logo. but if I am using the android, same as the 1/3 logo problem.
