I want to embed a pdf icon from fontello.com. The upload from zip file with Icon Font Manager did not work. It is shows the message “Could not add the font becoause the server did not respond. Please reload the page, then try again.” But even after a reload the import was not working. Then I unzipped the file and uploades the 5 files to /enfold/config-template-builder/avia-template-builder/assets/fonts/. But the font is not included. What can I do?

July 13, 2016 at 11:05 am #660267Hi,
Please deactivate all plugins one by one to check which one is causing this issue and let us know if this solves the problem.
In addition to that, please let us know if we are allowed to deactivate one or more of your plugins as well for testing purposes :)Best regards,
AndyJuly 16, 2016 at 10:05 pm #661680I do not dare to disable the plugins. I want nothing to destroy the installation.
I have another testinstallation. I have in addition a test installation.
I have in addition a test installation. There the error appears: “Fatal error Class ‘ZipArchive’ not found in ../font-manager.class.php
I have now disabled the plugin, which is active in both installations. The import of the font does not work anyway.July 20, 2016 at 10:03 am #662822Hi,
In order to import fontello zip packages your server must be able to handle .zip files, from the error you posted it seems it does not have
ZipArchiveenabled, try contacting your provider about that.Best regards,
