    I am trying to use the video shortcode and when I insert the link and update it only shows the link no video on the page. I’m help a friend out with their site they are trying to finish asap. Quick response would be great, thank you. In the private content is the link to the video we are trying to use.

    Thanks for replying. So I put the video in the embedded text option. But it would still be nice to use the video shortcode. The google map short code does not work for me either. And the Instagram widget works but not all the time. Can you take a look.

    Hi,

    It could be a conflict because of a plugin. To find which plugin is causing the conflict please follow these steps:

    1. Go to your plugins page > Deactivate all active Plugins
    2. Update WordPress and Enfold to latest version if you have not.
    3. Make sure all the plugins are updated.
    4. If the problem does not persist when plugins are turned off, activate one plugin at a time and refresh until you find the plugin in conflict.

    We await the results of your plugin compatibility test.

    I tried that and it didn’t work, I only have one plugin installed. Still having issues with the video shortcode and Google map shortcode.

    Hey!

    Kriesi is working for the Google Maps fix, which might also having issues with the video shortcode, based on the Javascript used.
    Can you please be patience some days, till the release is out?
    If not, we have to see if we can eliminate the issue somehow.

    just so you guys know to, the gallery drag and drop to rearrange photos, doesn’t work either. I don’t know if that’s apart of it but its doesn’t allow me to rearrange photos.

    If you can look into the widget for the instagram, that would be great too. Facebook widget works great and pretty much all the time. Every now and then I get cannot connect to instagram (or something like that)

    Hey!

    We tested the youtube video inside the Video element of the advance layout builder and it works. Are you using the video element? We would like to access the site but we got a 403 forbidden error.
