I can’t see any obvious problems on the page you linked to, could you try to explain a bit further and/or post screenshots of the issue please?

how do i attach image here, there is no upload feature here.

I mean the site is showing exactly like on big screen (laptop or desktop).

it is not showing narrowly like on mobile device.

HOW DO I ATTACH IMAGE HERE? SO I CAN SHOW YOU THE SCREENSHOT

Have you disabled CSS minifying and flushed cache (both, if you are using) and refreshed your page a few times? If that did not help, please create a temporary admin login and post it here privately.

And the theme is not responsive because it is wrapped inside an iframe. Why is that?
