July 11, 2016 at 11:36 am #659161Hi,
Ok, exactly where are you getting the error message? I tried changing one of your settings under Enfold–>General Styling and it worked as expected. Please try clearing your browser cache and reload a few times or try a different browser and/or machine to see if that helps.

RikardJuly 12, 2016 at 2:34 am #659611Ryan WonderlyGuestWell it says different things when I try to use Demo Data. It always says “Importing didn’t work! You might want to try reloading the page and then try again, The script returned the following message:”
Then, If it’s the first time trying to use that Demo I’ll then get: “Failed to import xxxxxxxxx.”
If I’ve tried that Demo before I get: “Media “xxxxxx” already exists.”July 12, 2016 at 1:42 pm #659825Hi,
Please try to delete everything under posts/pages/media then try to do the import again to see if that works better.

We are very sorry for the delay. We checked the PHP settings and the upload_tmp_dir directive is not set. Please follow the instructions here: https://kriesi.at/support/topic/cant-import-demo-content/#post-645368

IsmaelJuly 28, 2016 at 9:31 pm #666412Ryan WonderlyGuestGood afternoon, unfortunately my Hosting Package will not support this change. I have contacted their support and they told me there is not fix for this on my package. Is there a possibility of a refund so that I can go with a different site?
