Hello,
Your Enfold One Page Portfolio page is brilliant – thank you. I am very happy with it.My only problem is that when I upload a high-resolution image (5616 x 3744 pixels) it comes out blurred.
I think this must be something to do with the responsive theme resizing the image?
I have included an imgur jpeg link to how the image should appear (crisp and sharp) and a link to my website, where you can see the blurry image (my homepage background).
Your advice would be much appreciated.
Many thanks.July 9, 2016 at 12:49 pm #658761Hi martinbatchelar,
When you select the image from the WordPress gallery you get an option to select the size of the image to the right, could you verify that you have selected the correct size there? If that is not the problem then please post admin login details in private so that we can have a closer look.
Thanks,

Thanks very much for getting back to me.I have not been able to find the option to select the size of the image within the Fullscreen Slider (imported from the One Page Portfolio demo).
Usually, when creating a Portfolio Item for example, I can select the image size under ‘Attachment Display Settings’, but I cannot find this within the Edit Form Element window.
(screenshot links included).I have posted my admin login details and would be very grateful for any advice you can give me.
Many thanks,

In the Fullscreen Slider you can select the image sizes just under the images themselves in the element options, the option is called Slideshow Image Size, could you check that out to see if it works out for you?
Thanks,

Thanks again for getting back to me. I have now solved the problem.
I had selected ‘Extra Large’ when I should have selected ‘No Scaling’.Many thanks for your help.
