    Hi,

    My client called me today that their website is showing only a white screen. However i can get to back end. Only section in back-end that is not working is Enfold options tab.

    I checked the server log for this:
    FastCGI: server “/var/run/php-fpm/php70/php-cgi” stderr: #1 /sites/kliniekmcl.nl/www/wp-content/themes/enfold/framework/php/class-adminpages.php(205): avia_htmlhelper->create_container_based_on_slug(Array, ‘avia_active_con…’), referer: http://kliniekmcl.nl/wp-admin/themes.php

    This is the error log after loading the front page:

    Currently i’m running Enfold 3.4 but i don’t like to update as all setting would be lost?
    I disabled all updates and it’s running the latest WordPress (4.5.3)

    Help would be much appreciated!

    Hey sybrensmith,

    I would try updating to the latest version of the theme (3.6.1), your settings in the backend will not be affected. If you have made any changes to the core theme files they will be overwritten though. http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/. Please make sure to back your site up before attempting this though.
