Hello there,
I’m noticing that when I have too many items added in the menu some section on my pages disappear, like the “Easy Slider”, this slider which is mandatory to be on every product page.
I saw that we have the following error:
553da3caa1c22e92cd9d32b9838d6003_jquery,5915253091dc1a1ec78fbdbe70ec3f36_qt…b76593c7442d22a8_airportmap,f5ea3874b229a1cc8e6411b31f5d69b9_routemap.js:2 Uncaught Error: Syntax error, unrecognized expression: #des%5B%5D=39_3%2C39_14%2C39_23%2C39_73%2C39_156%20I added in .htaccess the “php_value max_input_vars 10000”, but somehow the server automatically comment this line.
I need some advice.
Thanks!
July 11, 2016 at 6:28 am #659088Hey b2bdevnet,
A plugin conflict may be one of the reason for this issue.
To find which plugin is causing the conflict please follow these steps:1. Go to your plugins page > Deactivate all active Plugins
2. Update WordPress and Enfold to latest version if you have not.
3. Make sure all the plugins are updated.
4. If the problem does not persist when plugins are turned off, activate one plugin at a time and refresh until you find the plugin in conflict. We await the results of your plugin compatibility test.
Thanks for your cooperation :)
Best regards,
VinayJuly 11, 2016 at 10:51 am #659144Hello Vinary,
I did what you have write on a local version and I had the same result.
I’m not sure that the plugins or the theme version are the problem, like I wrote first time, this error appears when I have more or less than 10 items added in the menu. If I delete the menu items then the picture in the slider popups..
Thanks!
July 12, 2016 at 2:58 pm #659904Hi,
Please update the theme to the latest version. That should fix any issues you are currently experiencing :)
To update to the latest version follow the simple instructions here. (Or if you want the super detailed explanation you can read this blog post)
If that does not help, feel free to reply here and we will take a closer look at the issue. In that case please also add your WordPress login credentials (in the “private data” field) so we can take a look at your admin area

July 20, 2016 at 11:39 am #662884Hi,
There might be some corrupted files, so please delete all theme files completely via FTP, before installing a fresh copy from your themeforest account. Here is a short tutorial on how to install the theme via FTP, in case you are not sure how that works:

AndyJuly 20, 2016 at 12:18 pm #662909Hi,
Your suggestion is not a viable option, as I’ve already tried it on my localhost and the problem persisted.
Please discuss this issue with someone who understand what the problem is and is able to give me a viable solution.
Thanks
July 20, 2016 at 3:11 pm #662990Hi,

July 21, 2016 at 12:48 pm #663369Hi,

I mentioned 2 times another link http://enfold.gerovanna.com/ where I made a copy special for you, also I send you the credentials to WP and FTP, please be careful.

July 25, 2016 at 7:51 am #664484Hi,
Any answers? Take a look at homepage and you will see the bullets and the arrows from a slider but the images are missing, also we have 2 products where we have a blank space on top of the page, there should be displayed some images.
Be careful on which domain you make the tests, I repeat my self the test domain where you can make anything is http://enfold.gerovanna.com/, and you want you can delete the menu times and you will see that the images will be displayed.
Thanks!
July 25, 2016 at 11:13 am #664532I see the issue on your end, but can’t reproduce it on our end. Easy slider is working fine for us. So something must cause it especially on your end. Please ask your host if they are using any kind of caching on your server and tell them to deactivate it.
Regards,
AndyJuly 25, 2016 at 12:46 pm #664576Please make another test, delete the sub menu items from http://enfold.gerovanna.com/, and you will see that the images are displayed.
This means that not the cache it’s the problem, it is something with the menu items.
Thanks!

I didn’t find the corrupted files. I read about this issue and lot of people claim that the theme have some problems, it’s interesting that when a deactivated the enfold menu the slider image pop-up.
And I have this problem on my localhost too, so I can’t blame the hosting provider.
What should I do to fix this problem? I need positive answers with solutions.
Thanks!
