Hi, I am having a strange problem. an enfold installation in one of my environments ( production, in this case ) is having this issue that when, for example, on a page we want to use ‘image with hotspots’, after adding the element, when you click on it to configure it, the pop up ( dialogue div? , I am not exactly sure what to call that ) has an inline z-index of 7 and ends up beneath the admin menu on the right side. From my other enfold installation, I can see that that value ( z-index ) should be 15001. If possible, could you give me any hint on how I could go about debugging this issue? cause when I move the files and database and run the site locally, I don’t have that problem. but in that environment, it happens. at this point, I don’t know what to look for, so if you guys could think of anything I would really appreciate it.

    thanks,

    Hi NorthBeachDeli,

Sorry for the late reply, please send us a temporary admin login so that we can have a closer look. You can post the details in the Private Content section of your reply. Also please point out where you are having this issue, a screenshot might help us understand better. You can upload to a service like dropbox or google drive and then link to the image here.

    Thanks,
    Rikard

I posted the account int the private section. I don’t know how to attach screenshot here, but you can easily see what I am talking about by going to pages -> edit home -> edit hotspot

notice that configure panel ends up being beneath the admin menu

    Hi,

That seem to me a bit strange, a plugin conflict may be one of the reason for this issue.
To find which plugin is causing the conflict please follow these steps:

    1. Go to your plugins page > Deactivate all active Plugins
    2. Update WordPress and Enfold to latest version if you have not.
    3. Make sure all the plugins are updated.
    4. If the problem does not persist when plugins are turned off, activate one plugin at a time and refresh until you find the plugin in conflict.

We await the results of your plugin compatibility test.

    Thanks for your cooperation :)

    Best regards,
    Vinay

the problem persists, even when all the plugins ( including woocommerece ) are deactivated.

    Hi,

I see what you mean, could you try to delete the element and recreate it to see if that helps?

    Thanks,
    Rikard

Sorry for delay, Unfortunately I can not delete the elements on the mentioned page ( I can’t change the content of that page as it is kinda live), but we did create another page from scratch and where able to recreate the issue in that other page. you can login an check for your self. the other page name is “home too”. feel free to do what ever you want with that page.

    Hi,

There might be some corrupted files, so please delete all theme files completely via FTP, before installing a fresh copy from your themeforest account. Here is a short tutorial on how to install the theme via FTP, in case you are not sure how that works:

    Best regards,
    Andy
