I have communicated with the GF support team and they indicate that the issue I am experiencing is being “the Enfold theme has included some styles specifically for Gravity Forms. That file is what is causing the excessive spacing. I would recommend reporting that issue to Enfold to see if they have a fix for this. Thank you.”
What I am trying to accomplish is to reduce the space between the form Title and the first form element. The current space seems way too large and doesn’t clearly tie the Title and form elements together. Please see the link in the Private Content section for a link to a sample image.

Please try adding this code to the Quick CSS section under Enfold > General Styling or to your child themes style.css file:
