Take a look at the browser console window: [AVIA-MAP-ERROR] Latitude or Longitude missing. You have to enter the correct coordinates in the map element.

So at the “edit location” panel, when I clicked the ‘Fetch Coordinates’, nothing happens.
How could I insert the coordinates if the coordinates button didn’t work?Regards,
Fabio@fabiobezerrafocux just enter the address in google maps: https://www.google.de/maps. Then right click on the marker and select “what is here” to get a small box showing the ccordinates

Hey there,
I do have the same problem after moving a website to the final URL/domain this morning. I’ve already did any kind of update – wordpress and enfold – but the problem is still there. “Fetch coordinates” doesn’t work.
There’s an error on Chrome like API-Key is missing. But you don’t need an API-Key when using enfold!?
So, what goes wrong?Many thanks,

Many thanks to you! I’ve opened one of these files before to find a place to integrate the API key.
I followed all your instructions including browser cache and deleting the url etc. But still Google Map just appears for a part of a second.
Chrome gives me the following error:

@mensmaximus, following the instructions on your post, I checked the changed code lines at shortcode.js and avia-element-behavior.js files.
Everything looked as the instructions, so I changed the Google API “Server type” for Google API “Browser type”.
Before to try again, the Safari cache was cleaned using the Developer browser Menu and the “Fetch coordinates” button didn’t work.I have restore the Contact page to previous version.
The editor interface shows the Coordinates fields (but the “Fetch Button” still not working).
I changed by myself the coordinates, from google maps.Now, the contact page shows a black map with the marker but without the streets location.
I don’t kown what i’m doing wrong.

@fabiobezerrafocux the modification of the script on your site looks fine. Are you sure the key you use is a browser key? If I create a map on my site and use your address data (Rua Dr. Marrei Junior, 179 – Vila Dom Pedro II, Sao Paulo, Brasilien) I can fetch the coordinates without any problem and the map gets displayed. If your key is correct than I have to assume there is a second issue. In that case I can only propose you disable all plugins to see whether the map works without any other plugin. If it does you have to enable one plugin after the other and check each time whether the map still gets displayed to find the conflicting plugin.
@mensmaximus, as your recommendation I turned off my only two WP Plugins enabled (“jonradio Current Year and Copyright Shortcodes” and “WP SMTP”).
So I added a new page, with just the Media Element Google Map: http://temp.trama.art.br/?page_id=357
The Address editor, shows the Latitude and Longitude fields but didn’t work yet. I’d insert by myself the coordinates (-23.488363, -46.605923) and the map on page, don’t worked.To try a new thing, I create a new browser API and insert it on codes to try again. Now, the map loads with a blue background. As I could check (with zoom out button), the blue background is the sea.
I think it’s almost working, but something (that i don’t know) still wrong.@fabiobezerrafocux please flip the coordinates. The first field is -46.60597689999997 the second one is -23.4886288

Applying for the JavaScript API Browser Key, did you enter the URL for this project? In my case I had to delete the URL despite of google’s warning. But then the map starts working correctly after 15 or 20 minutes.Wish you all the best and many thanks to mensmaximus again!
