    Hello, design of my site totally breaks when I set other default language in WPML setting. It happens on few of my sites with Enfold. I’ve tried setting home page for each language and exporting/importing theme settings from working language to not working – nothing helps.

    Is there any solution for that?

    Hey vadikcoma,

    Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.

    Login credentials include:

    • The URL to the login screen.
    • A valid username (with full administration capabilities).
    • As well as a password for that username.
    • permission to deactivate plugins if necessary.

    please feel free to deactivate any plugins. At the moment everything works fine when Russian is set to default language. As soon as you set default language to English – russian versions of the site breaks.

    Please tell me how I can fix the issue, as I will have to port that to production site at http://www.portomarine.lv

    Hi,

    We exported the settings from the english version to the russian version. Please remove browser cache or hard refresh the page.

    Thanks, so in order to get this working on a production site – i just have to export/import theme settings from working language and hard refresh?

    Hello, is there any better solution for that? I cant push all my clients to hard refresh unfortunately.

    Hi,

    The browser store the files locally and it get’s replaced after a certain time or few days depending on the settings in the browser. unfortunately there is no other way to refresh these files and you may not see the changes until the cached files are cleared in your browser.

    To hard refresh try pressing Ctrl + Shift + F5 on your browser or press the F12 key to open chrome dev tools and right click on the refresh button and select “Empty Cache and Hard Reload” and review the site again.

    Hello, I’ve imported settings, some settings were applied, however styles are still messed. I’ve tried hard refreshing, but nothing helps.

    http://www.portomarine.lv/ru/ – russian is messed up. Latvian and English are ok

    I’ve solved it. I had to replace CSS file from another language.
