    Hi there!

    I like to save certain elements as template, e.g. a box including a short headline and a contact form. Works so far, I save and refresh and then use it on another page. great feature, btw!

    The Problem is, that the elements/templates are just temporarily being saved. After a certain time the “template-button” in the editor is all empty again and i have to save the elements again as templates.

    Any idea?

    Please send us a temporary admin login so that we can have a closer look. You can post the details in the Private Content section of your reply. If you have a step by step on how to reproduce the error that would be great as well.

    login below…
    the problem occurs every 24-36 hours.
    if i save a template, i can log in, log out; it is still there. but after this period, they are gone….

    Sorry for the late reply, I created a test page and template (in private), I guess we have to wait the time period you said it took to be able to verify the problem?

    Hi,

    We created 3 dummy templates and then deactivated the “Advanced Database Cleaner” plugin. Let us know if the templates are gone again.

    the templates are still there, so it was really caused by the plugin…the problem is solved.
