Hi,
I am at the website : http://www.sijny.org/
Initially i was not able to see the countdown running at all – it was just a blank space – then i found a solution and now see the event countdown by doing opacity = 1
However, the countdown is still 0
Please help
July 4, 2016 at 7:47 pm #656705Hey rezoot,
Please let us know the code that was added ? is it a js function? or css? you can paste it to pastebin.com and share the link here.
It appears that there is a conflict as i notice a js error in the console.
A plugin conflict may be one of the reason for this issue.
To find which plugin is causing the conflict please follow these steps:1. Go to your plugins page > Deactivate all active Plugins
2. Update WordPress and Enfold to latest version if you have not.
3. Make sure all the plugins are updated.
4. If the problem does not persist when plugins are turned off, activate one plugin at a time and refresh until you find the plugin in conflict. We await the results of your plugin compatibility test.
Thanks for your cooperation :)
Best regards,
VinayJuly 5, 2016 at 4:59 am #656814I tried de activating all plugins but that didnt resolve the issue, the js that im using is just being used on one page, which is not HOME.

<script type="text/javascript" src="/includes/jwplayer.js"></script>

Looks like you are getting some Javascript errors on the page, could you try deactivating all plugins to see if there is a conflict coming from any of them please?

July 12, 2016 at 12:19 pm #659778Hi,
I’m not sure what is causing it, are we allowed to disable plugins for testing purposes?

RikardJuly 12, 2016 at 2:09 pm #659851Hi, yes you are but that needs to be done quick –
you guys are not letting me buy more of your themes because your support is not really providing a quick turnaround for the issues.
Let me know how soon should i expect this to be resolved.
Also, I request this issue to be prioritized now.
Thanks,
July 14, 2016 at 6:21 am #660676Hi,
The countdown element is working when we deactivate every elements in the page except for the Events Calendar plugin. Please deactivate all plugins then activate them one at a time to find the plugin that is causing the issue.

AndyAugust 18, 2016 at 2:54 pm #674199Hi, my countdown doesn’t seem to be working either. Is this anything to do with the issue that is also causing the maps to not work?
August 18, 2016 at 11:07 pm #674399Hi,
Would you mind providing a precise link to your site, showing the elements in question? We need to be able to inspect them in order to help :)

August 22, 2016 at 2:51 pm #675771Hi,
There might be some corrupted files, so please delete all theme files completely via FTP, before installing a fresh copy from your themeforest account. Here is a short tutorial on how to install the theme via FTP, in case you are not sure how that works:
