    Hi I would like to create a home page as in http://demo.wpzoom.com/domino/

    using the existing content and layout elements.

    Can I do the 1st part on the page using two 1/2 columns and a post slider on the 1st column and perhaps a masonry blog elemnts on the 2nd column?

    Can someone assist with creating a hope page in very similar fashion to this? Is is possible to have a walk through step by step?

    Is it possible to have someone do it from the support people? If not just steps on how to do it?

    Yes, you can try using Grid Row element to create a similar looking layout
