    Hi Support Team,

    I want to create a enfold website for my boss company. Its a major company with over 40 offices whitin one country. As you understand its really big. Now I’m wondering if Enfold is good enough to use for major companies. I was wondering about the following: can it handle a lot of trafic? Is it safe enought or is it difficult to hack, is the template fast enough (we have a top position in Google and we would like to remain to have it…of course we need to keep having a goog SEO).

    I’m asking you this because I’ve invited some companies to discus a new website. And I suggested to use Enfold, so that they dont have to build a new template, which will safe my boss a lot of money, and I can do most of the building myself. But the webdesign companies wherent that possitive about enfold. They told me it has a lag of safety (easy to hack) and not fast enough, and cant handle a lot of trafic so it will crash a lot. This could be their strategy to scare me off…but I need to know for sure that Enfold is good enough. Myself I dont see any difference between enfold and the template of the webdesign companies…My opinion is that enfold is much better as it has more functionalities…I’m very happy to use enfold for my own customers as a freelancer. it always work perfect.

    Could you please give your honest opinioin about using enfold for major companies?

    I am not affiliated to Kriesi and I honestly can say – YES – you can use it for major companies. I have recommended enfold to hundreds of clients and no one has ever regretted the decision to buy enfold. However in terms of traffic and security you have to take counter measures on the server side to make sure you are save and the performance is good. Enfold is not the limiting part – your server setup is. You should hire a technical consultant with a good working background of server technology (apache/nginx, mysql/mariadb, php, caching) and of course an excellent reputation when it comes to WordPress.     Hi Mensmaximus, Thanks for your reply, much appreciated! It was indeed also my plan to hire a technical consultant. They are really needed, especially for a major company website. I’m also very happy with Enfold, such a good template and easy to use.

    As much as I appreciat your reply, I also would like a respond from Enfold. I expect they are as positive as you are…This will make me 100% to use enfold.

    Hi,

    I totally agree with @mensmaximus. On Enfold part, there is no limitation. Your worries are all server related. Enfold demo sites and our forum also has a huge traffic but as you can see, Enfold is still working quite fast and stable :)

    I also believe that feedback from another user would be more reliable and objective. @mensmaximus is an advanced user but as he mentioned, with a help from a professional consultant, you would have no problems at all using Enfold on your site.
