cant manage link with # in menu

hello, the link below has a sublink , a submenu item called “verwijsbrief”, with an anchor to somewhere on the page
works fine, but how can i manage the color.of this submenu item?
apearantly its not considered a normal submenu link now, as ive made i via Aangespaste Links (Adapted Links, dont know how it look in english. its below Posts.; see image)
i cant see how to change the font color of it in Basic Options. its white now, should be black)
