I am running Enfold 3.5.4 and the latest rev of Yoast SEO. Pages with the Avia Builder will not update for some reason with Yoast activated. If I deactivate it, all works fine.
I noticed that this issue has been reported in the past and was wondering if it is going to be addressed,
Thanks
June 22, 2016 at 5:26 pm #652271Hi xyzb!
I am afraid we can not do much for that conflict. The problem is on the how to Yoast reads the results, there are already a lot of ticket opened for them to fix it, on the wp.org forums.
Please do let us know if we can do anything else fro our side.

To address your specific issue – You are not running the latest version of Enfold which is 3.6.1 so you need to backup and update to the latest version.
I use Yoast SEO with Enfold and I am able to update pages with avia builder just fine.
Otherwise you may have another plugin or theme issue conflicting you need to have a developer resolve.
First step is to always make sure you are running the latest version of the theme, plugins, and WP Core.
Hope that helps. Cheers – Raleigh

Is there an alternate SEO plugin you can recommend that works well with Enfold? I believe the Yoast SEO plugin is causing a permalink issue on one of my client websites (more specifically, it is erroneously changing the home page permalink). Thanks!

You could try something like this: https://wordpress.org/plugins/all-in-one-seo-pack/
