Hi Team,
Are you guys aware of any tutorials or videos with closed captioning for deaf people or people with a hearing disability? We have someone in our office that is deaf and we’re trying to train them on Enfold. I didn’t know if you had any resources available?
Thanks!
Hey msbllc!
I am sorry but there is nothing on that.
It is actually something good, I have to say, but the best solution is if he can go around and play with the settings alone.
That might be the only helpful think I can thing about now…
You guys rock!
Cheers!
Basilis
Basilis – thanks for the quick response. I couldn’t find anything online but figured the quickest to get an answer is to post on here.
In my searches both Vimeo and YouTube have the ability to add closed captioning to videos BUT it has to be enable by the owner or the individual who uploads the video. If you could pass along the recommendation to the rest of the team to maybe go back into Vimeo and either enable the closed captioning or something to think about in the future moving forward. I don’t believe it would be any extra work for you guys, just possibly enabling it once the video’s are uploaded. I think Vimeo and YouTube take care of the rest. But you guys might be able to go back into the ones already uploaded and enable closed captioning.
Just a thought. Thanks guys!
