I would like to ask
Is it possible to link image to the site, but to the specific place in the text ?
example
http://www.mrmax2.nazwa.pl/pellet/oferta/ – first image links to the site
http://www.mrmax2.nazwa.pl/pellet/pellet/ – but to the top of site.
I would like to link it to the 3rd promo box.

I’m not sure if I understand what you mean but you should be able to do so by adding something like this in a text block above the promo box:
<div id="promo-box"></div>You can then link to it using something like this: http://yoursite.com/page/#promo-box
