Hi There,
I am still working out how to add some of the relevant information for our products into each products page to present it best. My site is not live yet.
Each of my product pages is split in half. I previously had a Tab on each product page (on the right hand side), and the gallery displayed perfectly (on the left). Since inserting a table next to the gallery, the gallery animation won’t load properly. Can you tell me how to fix this?
Many Thanks,
Sally
Hi Sally,
Are you working locally or do you have something we can view on a live server?
Regards,
Rikard
HI Rikard,
I am working from a fake DNS.
I have taken some screen shots of what it looks like on the screen…
I tried to add them in, but it won’t let me!
It there anyway for me to show you what it looks like? The gallery on the pages that I have inserted a table into the right half of the page, aren’ even showing the gallery. If you roll you mouse over it, you can see that something is there in the background (however it remains white!)
Many Thanks for your help,
Sally
Hey!
Can you please try take a screenshot and show us what you want to do? That might be helpful to start getting somewhere.
Regards,
Basilis
Is it possible for me to email someone the images, as I can’t attach them or paste them here.
Hi,
You can upload your screenshots to a service like dropbox, google drive or similar and then link to them here.
Thanks,
Rikard
Thanks, here is the two screen shots I’ve taken.
The one of Kailaan is the way the gallery should look. The one of Tsoi Sim, the gallery down the bottom is faded out white, and doesn’t develop into the full size/full colour image they should.
The only change I have made between these two, is that one has a tab on the right hand side and the other has the table.
Thanks,
Sally
Please ignore my msgs.
The issues has been resolved, as I updated to the new wordpress!
Thanks for your assistance.
Sally
