Hi,
The text block template element is not loading tinymce in Advanced editor mode. I can see that the text is there ( and the font color white). When I switch from the visual to the text view everything looks ok but the tinymce isnt loading in the visual view. I also see that the “Add Media” button is not triggering any action, so I cannot add any images to my posts even in the Default editor mode.I am hoping someone can check out for me what the problem might be. I tried deactivating all pluggins but the problem persists.
I will add my credentials privately and hope for some help.

Could you try deactivating all plugins to see if one of them is causing a conflict please?

I had already tried that and it didnt work: I tried again when you mentioned it and still the problem persists. I deactivated the plugins, and cleared my cache and added the text block in advanced layout mode: still blank.mkdakwa

Unfortunately that doesnt help. I am running the latest version of the theme as well as the latest version of WordPress and still the problem persists.
Would really appreciate if somebody checked it out and helped me troubleshoot what could be the problem. I have created login credentials in my first post.regards,

AndyJune 21, 2016 at 6:55 pm #651646I’ve been troubleshooting all morning on an issue similar to this. See if adding ‘strong’ or ‘bold’ to a text item may be the problem.

Not sure if you got your problems fixed or not, if not then please start a new thread and include admin login details in private so that we can have a closer look. A greater description of the problem you are having would be appreciated as well.
