Hi…

I am having problems with galleries. When I use the masonry gallery it does not appear at all and if I use standard gallery the images are opaque…

Can anyone please help??

Hey!

You are currently using an older version of the theme. Please update Enfold to the latest version 3.6.1 – http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/ and flush browser cache and refresh your page a few times – http://wiki.scratch.mit.edu/wiki/Hard_Refresh

It’s saying my theme is up to date! I have tried everything you have suggested… but my theme is still on 3.5.1f

Hi,

Please try this plugin to clear WordPress transients if you do not receive auto updates and make sure your API key is correct: https://wordpress.org/plugins/artiss-transient-cleaner/.

If it does not help, I am afraid you might need to update the theme manually – http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/

Unfortunately not all Server environments are able to make use of the auto update feature provided by ThemeForest :/
