I have previously consulted for this problem in this thread las month, for another website.

I can’t create or edit content inside any Grid row or Color section

After updating, every content inside this elements, it dissapearsI NEED to know what happens in server that generates this malfunction, because happened twice in two other servers, and i don’t know what configuration made by administrators or by updates solved the problem..
In this case, we don’t have good support, and we changed many settings and permissions on folders, but we don’t get the solution.
In private i’ve shared cpanel data to check server properties.Could you please login in the backend &/or cpanel to check what’s going on? i tried everything onm permissions and still doesn’t work correctly, and i need thos twqo elements to design some sections.

I checked the settings on the backend and it look good to me. However it appears you are using an old version of enfold please update to 3.6.1 it should resolve the issue you are facing.
Since the update options is not visible on your theme i recommend try this plugin to clear WordPress transients if you do not receive auto updates and make sure your API key is correct: https://wordpress.org/plugins/artiss-transient-cleaner/.
If it does not help, I am afraid you might need to update the theme manually – http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/
Unfortunately not all Server environments are able to make use of the auto update feature provided by ThemeForest :/

VinaySorry, but actually is happening the same problem i told you… the color sections cannot be edited because it deletes all its content…i have to go backwards on revision! and cannot cnanhe anything.
Could you please try to make a content inside a color section? i must know what’s going on….
It cannot be so random, and it’s not.

Hi,
I was able to successfully edit the content of colorsection and grid rows. For testing purpose I have changed contact page heading inside the colorsection to Contact and also created a new test page please check the link in private.
I believe the update has fixed the issue and it may be a caching issue on your end The site looks good on my end. You may not see the changes until the cached files are cleared in your browser.
Please try to hard refresh by pressing Ctrl + Shift + F5 on your browser or press the F12 key to open chrome dev tools and right click on the refresh button and select “Empty Cache and Hard Reload” and review the site again.

I’m logged in as the administrator. SDon’t wknow why logged in as an admin everything turns this way.it happened before in this servers in the other site i’ve notified.
How can we prevent this bug?
Kriesi could lend some help or debug? I’ve lost 3 days of work because of this Problem, and i would like to get the answer to keep using this theme in other projects with this servers.Thanks in advance!
recently, i tried Logging in as kriesi and other account i’ve created, and on both i can edit with no problems…
This must be the issue… but i don’t have any clue on WHY.I will continue with this account until i have any other problem again… but… it’s very annoying and random ! There must be a technical and accurate explanation to this phenom.
Please don’t close this thread until we know what problem in server makes this happen.

We will keep this ticket open until the issue is resolved but when i login with the credentials you provide I cannot reproduce the issue and everything works perfectly fine for me. Without noticing the problem it is difficult to provide a solution. Can you confirm you face this problem with only one user ID and it works fine with the user account you created for us ?
