    Hello – I am responding to an email I received stating this….

    Please open your own ticket and please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.

    Login credentials include:
    the URL to the login screen
    a valid username (with full administration capabilities)
    as well as a password for that username
    Update to Enfold v3.6.

    My issue is this…

    Hello – I am also having problems with my site not showing up properly as responsive. I’m pretty sure it has to do with a setting in the Enfold Theme, I just cannot figure out which setting. Please check it on iPhone http://mobiletest.me/iphone_5_emulator/?u=http://aea.814.myftpupload.com – If you rotate the phone to landscape, everything shows up correctly, just not at portrait. Also the information blocks on the landing page do not stack…they run off the page. (right now there is just a logo in each block as a place holder). I have set up a login and password and included it below in the Private Content section.

    Hey gwinenvato,

    I tried to troubleshoot this issue but the login credentials you provided do not work for me. Would you mind checking once again and then send us working login credentials?

    The user role for the account you send us should be set to ‘administrator’ so we can try to disable all plugins and add custom code (if necessary) to resolve the issue.

    Please remove " min-width: 600px;" line from there
