Hi!
I’m having trouble with my logo. I’ve tried uploading it in many different formats, resizing it to 340 x 156, even matching the pixel height and it’s still kinda blurry/fuzzy.
In other words, it’s not sharp and crisp. Would appreciate any thoughts or any help!

While saving the logo in photoshop please try to select sharp or strong. Try and save it as png24 and test it as a jpg image as well. See which one works best for you
If yous till have any issue Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.
Login credentials include:
- the URL to the login screen
- a valid username (with full administration capabilities)
- as well as a password for that username
