    Hi,
    I can edit the webpage with enfold-theme in my office without any problems. But if I turn off the Wifi/Wlan and surf via mobile or would like to work outside of my office i get the error 403 access denied. What can I do?

    We don’t think this is a theme related issue. Please try to contact your hosting provider about it. Can you reproduce the issue if you switch to a default theme? Anyway, we tried to access the site and we got the error:

    Access forbidden!

You don't have permission to access the requested object. It is either read-protected or not readable by the server.

If you think this is a server error, please contact the webmaster.

    Hi,
    the error was a .htaccess-file in the parent directory. Thx for support. The thread can be closed.
