    Hey gideonklein,

    Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.

    Login credentials include:

    • the URL to the login screen
    • a valid username (with full administration capabilities)
    • as well as a password for that username

    Hey!q

    Disable the “Lightbox Modal Window” in the Enfold > Theme Options. This will disable the default lightbox script.

    Hi Ismael,

    thank you for your support, but doesn’t work. I already installed 4 different Photoswipe plugin and all have the same problem: The plugins work only at the gallery with shortlink ( example: [gallery link="file" columns="7" size="gallery" ids="3397,3394,3396,3395"] ) they doesn’t work in the other galleries (you can see in the sample page with different galleries that I sent you).

    Also I have another little problem in the page contact:
    I put contact form in embed JS but there are conflict with your thema: Shrinking Header doesnt work
    Can you help me?

    Hi,

    if you disable Enfold’s default lightbox as Ismael mentioned to you, then you are free to use any other lightbox available. Make sure that the plugin you’re using provides the lightbox functions you need. We don’t provide support for 3rd party plugins, so you would need to ask plugin’s author about it.

    thank you for your reply. I tried many different photoswipe plugin but none are compatible with enfold so no people can change lightbox plugin I think.
    About the second question:

    sorry but doesn’t work. Now I have disables one more time “Lightbox Modal Window” and you can see that doesn’t work.

    Hi,

    we can’t offer support for 3rd party plugins, as written in our support policy. If Photoswipe plugin is not working for you, then you need to contact plugin’s author about the issue. Not every plugin is compatible with every theme. Try another lightbox plugin.
