    Hello,

I recently updated our Woocommerce store to the latest version of Enfold and WordPress 4.5.2, everything seemed to be working fine, however we’ve noticed an increase in the number of failed orders.

The problem seems to be with our eWAY checkout – sometimes orders go through perfectly, other times they fail because for whatever reason the card data is not captured. I’ve gotten in touch with eWAY and Woothemes about this and they have suggested it could be a theme conflict. As orders go through perfectly for me and I can’t seem to replicate the error, I can’t figure out what the issue is.

We have not had this problem in the past – it’s only an issue since we updated to WordPress and the newest version of Enfold.

Any help you could offer would be much appreciated!

    Hey Burberry21,

A plugin conflict may be one of the reason for this issue.
To find which plugin is causing the conflict please follow these steps:

    1. Go to your plugins page > Deactivate all active Plugins
    2. Update WordPress and Enfold to latest version if you have not.
    3. Make sure all the plugins are updated.
    4. If the problem does not persist when plugins are turned off for a while, activate one plugin at a time and check if the checkout fails.

We await the results of your plugin compatibility test. If that does not help provide a precise link to your site, showing the elements in question? We need to be able to inspect them in order to help :)

    Thanks for your cooperation :)

    Best regards,
    Vinay

    Hi Vinay,

Enfold, WordPress and all plugins are up to date.

I cannot replicate the problem from my end – the checkout works correctly for me and some customers, but fails for others.

I’ve set up a duplicate site with the same host and eWAY sandbox testing – perhaps you can replicate the error?

I have put the link to the website and an admin login for you below – I would appreciate it if you would take a look.

    Hi,

you are still using all plugins. Please deactivate all of them as suggested, to check if one is causing this issue. Let us know about your results. Wordfence made some problems in the past, so I suggest to start to deactivate this one at first.

    Best regards,
    Andy
