    Waiting for your answer, I tried different things and the problem occurs when into a column with a picture + text I put a drop-down accordion.

    If the accordion placed it outside the column area, leaving only picture + text, looks good, but only on a computer.
    In a mobile phone, alters the order between photo + text and accordion of each “product”
    There any way to resolve this theme error?

    Hi,

    I copied your whole content and tried to reproduce the issue on my own installation, but there it worked fine for me.

    That’s why please deactivate all plugins one by one to check which one is causing this issue and let us know if this solves the problem.
    In addition to that, please let us know if we are allowed to deactivate one or more of your plugins as well for testing purposes :)

    If that doesn’t help there might be some corrupted files, so please delete all theme files completely via FTP, before installing a fresh copy from your themeforest account. Here is a short tutorial on how to install the theme via FTP, in case you are not sure how that works:

    Hi Andy,
    It’s good to hear that worked for you.
    If I disable a plugin, all the information I have set it in will be erased?
    If the failure is caused by a plugin, how do I resolve if I need it, yes or yes?
    For example the reserves plugin that I have already configured and works perfect, but not when I used to put the shortcode inside an accordion.

    Can you think of any other way to be able to look separate “products” that each of them contains: title + image + expandable button where appears a schedule to select reservations?

    If you consider that I will NOT loose anything that I set it at the plugin, its OK. I allow you.

    If I reinstall an Enfold fresh copy, I will loose all my work? (Texts, pictures, design, etc. etc.)

    Hi,

    no, you won’t loose anything, cause everything is stored inside your database. However, we recommend to have a backup, just in case.
