Responsive button created in code block

Hello,

I have had to use a theme button with some extra code via the Code Block so that the button will open a form via a pop up on the website via the Quform plug-in. The problem is that even though I am using the theme’s button with the theme’s shortcode the buttons and using extra javascript, they are not behaving like the other buttons. That is they are not automatically rearranging themselves depending on the screen they are viewed on.

My question is, what code should I add and where to ensure that these buttons behave the same way as the normal theme buttons?
