ALB image sizes not working

HI, I have used the plugin Simple Image Sizes to be able to give my client access to a custom size I wanted to create (tell me if there is another way to edit the sizes that show up in the ALB image drop-down!). The one I created is a 300×300 image with crop, and I regenerated all thumbnails (and checked that those images exist now in the uploads). However although I change the size in the dropdown in an image that goes on the page, it doesn’t use that image, it seems to always use the . http://staging.milehighmutts.com/why-mile-high-mutts/staff/ I need to make these hard-cropped consistent sizes no matter what the client uploads.
