Hi There,
My menu on the iphone has a side bar that does not go away. Please see this screenshot http://103.51.41.206/~hwangimc/images/iphone-menu.png
Any idea why this happens?
Thanks

May 26, 2016 at 8:44 am #638581Hi,
Not sure why but you have 3 installations of the theme there, could you try to delete the ones you are not using please?
Thanks,
RikardMay 26, 2016 at 4:30 pm #638807Hi Rikard,
I usually replace the latest updated theme by renaming the old theme and uploading the new one. Am usually reluctant to delete the older folders till am sure the new one works fine. Must have forgotten to delete it this time.
Do these folders have an impact on how the site behaves?
May 27, 2016 at 6:11 am #639097Hi,
I’m not sure if it has an impact or not but it’s difficult for you to know which the parent theme is, and since you have problems with the site eliminating that possible problem would be the first step to take. Could you try deleting the ones that are not version 3.5.4?

RikardMay 30, 2016 at 2:16 pm #640372Hi Rikard,
I’ve cleared up unused themes. Here is a video of what I am facing an issue with on the menu : http://103.51.41.206/~hwangimc/images/VID-20160530-WA0007.mp4
This only happens on iphones (tried on newer models, the older iphone 4’s dont seem to have this behaviour)
Is this something that can be turned off? The menu does not go away completely even after clicking on the ‘X’
Thanks.
May 31, 2016 at 5:20 am #640674Hi,
I see it on iphone 4 as well, have you made any customisations to the theme? If so, what are they? Try disabling all plugins to see if there is conflict with any of them.
Thanks,
RikardJune 1, 2016 at 2:10 pm #641502Hi Rikard,
The plugins don’t seem to be the problem, I have a feeling it is something on my child theme css or theme settings. Could you advise what I should be looking for? Have you seen this behaviour before?
I have made quite a few changes to the mobile menu on css…
Thanks
June 2, 2016 at 6:35 am #641856Hi,
Well it looks like a bug we had a few months back but it’s fixed so I thought you had an old parent active initially. I’m not sure what is causing it to be honest, could you try removing all custom CSS you have applied to the menu and then add the arguments back one by one to see which one is causing the trouble maybe?
Best regards,
Rikard -
