    I’ve set up Gmail SMTP and test my contact page form. It doesn’t send anything to my email.

    Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.

    Login credentials include:

    • the URL to the login screen
    • a valid username (with full administration capabilities)
    • as well as a password for that username.

    And I tried to use “contact form 7”, There will be an error and failed to send email using the contact form on my site.

    Hi,

    If Contact Form 7 didn’t work either I would try contacting your hosting provider as there most likely is a problem with how the mail server is set up for your site. You could try following this as well: http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/my-contact-form-is-not-sending-emails/

    Hi,
    My other site,using different theme, have the same problem, but after setting up smtp, the contact form works well. And my two sites using the same email, is this the problem?

    And why my email goes to trash? any way to solve this?

    I’m not sure why that is but your hosting provider will be better equipped to answer those questions for you, please try contacting them first.
