    Hello Enfold Team,

    I am generally very satisfied with your theme however I have the problem that for some reason the animated countdown module dows not appear on my site although I have added it in the backend. It would be great if you could have a look at it.

    Unfortunately I was unable to find any solution within this forum so I was “forced” to write this post.

    Hi,

    I checked the issue and the reason is you are mostly using an old version of the theme please update the theme to the latest version 3.5.4. That should fix any issues you are currently experiencing :)

    To update to the latest version follow the simple instructions here. (Or if you want the super detailed explanation you can read this blog post)

    If that does not help, feel free to reply here and we will take a closer look at the issue. In that case please also add your WordPress login credentials (in the “private data” field) so we can take a look at your admin area

    Hi Vinay,

    thanks for the tipp. I updated the Theme version to the most recent one but the countdown still does not appear.
    Could you help me out?

    I think it was solved now :)
    At least the countdown appears now.
