    Hello,

    I have some problem with the form on enfold theme.

    1, The form wont send the mail. Do you know why this is?

    2, There is some costumers that has sent email through the form that hasn´t arrived, because the problem 1. Is there somewhere i can find the lost mail i the back-end of website?

    In the post that you refer to can´t find my problem. I can send email but not to emails with the same domain as the website.

    Hi Joel,

    Ok, I’m not sure why that is. Could you try contacting your hosting provider so that they can check the settings on your mail server? They should be able to help you with lost mail as well, it’s not stored in the theme in any way.
