    Dear Kriesi team,
    Thanx so much for all your previous support. We are almost there now.
    Our Avia Layout Builder does not show any posts anymore on some of our pages: we cannot make any changes nor add new posts. The ALB of other pages, however, works fine. Also, when browsing, as a visitor, the website looks fine.
    Hope you can help.

    Hey JWVK,

    Please deactivate all plugins one by one to check which one is causing this issue and let us know if this solves the problem.
    In addition to that, please let us know if we are allowed to deactivate one or more of your plugins as well for testing purposes :)

    If that does not help then there might be some corrupted files, so please delete all theme files completely via FTP, before installing a fresh copy from your themeforest account. Here is a short tutorial on how to install the theme via FTP, in case you are not sure how that works:

    Hi Andy,
    You are quick! The deleting of the file themes look a bit complicated to me so I will try to activate/deactivate the plugins first :)) .

    Hi Andy,
    The plugins are fine. I’ve checked them all one by one. I will try to delete the theme files and install a fresh copy and let you know.
    Of course you are welcome to activate/deactivate the plugins too.

    We have replaced the theme files on May 13 via FTP. Does it make sense to do this again??

    Hi Andy,
    I just realized we only did the last update via FTP and did not replace all theme files. Sorry.
    I must say I very am reluctant to do this. Is there anything else I can try first before doing such a dangerous replacement?

    solved! Not by the reinstallation of all theme files but by finding another page in the dashboard where the ‘invisible’ posts were visible…
