Two header menus with logo centered in between?

Hi,
I’ve searched the forum and found similar questions but have yet to find an answer. I’m trying to create a header menu such as https://www.vissla.com/ or https://www.stance.com/
I notice that option is not in layout editor..?

Any help on this would be great.
