    hi i read the post about the troubles encountered when wordpress was updated to 4.5. i tried all options provided but it did not work for me. please have a look at my website, details provided via private content.

    Hey eisme,

    The site looks good on my end. You may not see the changes until the cached files are cleared in your browser.

    Please try to hard refresh by pressing Ctrl + Shift + F5 on your browser or press the F12 key to open chrome dev tools and right click on the refresh button and select “Empty Cache and Hard Reload” and review the site again.

    i already tried that again several times and in different PCs, please check it again it is quite frustrating the site is a company website and the missing images are critical to us. please see private content

    help please
    on top of the missing images i have a problem with my plugin – i.e. im using email before download and download monitor, works pretty well before the update but now the pdf file is not attaching anymore with my automated email.

    my pdf files are showing “source file could not be read” – cannot open or save any pdf files. please help this is urgent and the hard reload / refresh and clear everything Vinay is suggesting is not doing the work.

    please help resolving this ASAP.

    i already gave the admin log in files, please help

    somebody please check my website i’ve already given the log in details.

    issues are

    pdf files are not accessible anymore – showing “source file could not be read”
    team member image is not showing
    a footer image is not showing.

    i’ve already tried:
    updating all, theme, plugins + hard reload or refresh and even tried opening in different computers same issue persist.
    i’ve already tried adding the code in theme functions.
    i’ve already tried reverting / rolling back to previous wordpress version – still not working.

    please help this is urgent.

    Hi,

    There might be some corrupted files, so please delete all theme files completely via FTP, before installing a fresh copy from your themeforest account. Here is a short tutorial on how to install the theme via FTP, in case you are not sure how that works:

    Hi,

    Yes it should since all your settings are stored in the database, but please do a full backup of your site before attempting this in case anything should go wrong.
