    Hello, dear team!

    Some details on the forehand: I am quite new to Enfold, and still need some time to learn about these rather endless possibilities, your template offers. And it’s great! But… After scrolling for nearly one hour, I didn’t find a thread which contains the solution to my issue.

    As the titel already tells, my latest website forces me to activate “desktop version” on mobile devices in general, before it is shown in the Enfold-theme. Where do I have to fix this? Is there any option, I didn’t see?
    To be honest, I am out of ideas, how to get this managed.

    In hope, you can help me, here some links, and screenshots:

    http://www.stimmgewalt-berlin.de (On desktop machines, the Enfold works totally fine.)
    – Current version of Enfold is installed (3.5.4)
    – Curent version of wordpress is installed (4.5.2)
    additional plugins are : Xili language, JetPack, Akismet,Intuitive Custom Order, WooCommerce, TeamShowCase, Duplicator, and WP Super Cache – ALL OF THEM up to date.

    Please go ahead and de-activate your plugins.
    After that, clear your cache, tested and let us know if it is fixed.

    Hey, Basilis!

    Thanks for the quick response. Of course I followed your advice, and de-activated all plugins. Then the display worked – surely with some missing infos.

    So I RE-activated the plugins one by one. The result is: JetPack is the troublemaker among the additions, which should be actually helpers…
    For some reason, it blocks the mobile devices from displaying the Enfold created surface, and just puts out a static frontpage showing the codes.

    I don’t want to be overbearing, but maybe this point could be considered in some of the upcoming updates, some day? :) Or would it rather be more senseful, to try to find a replacement for JetPack? Not sure, yet.

    But anyway… Thanks for this marvellous support! :)

    Hi!

    You are using Jetpack to display a different theme on mobile. Please simply disable it :)
